Q: I am a blogger/YouTuber/Social Media Specialist, I would like to do a review of your box, how do I do that?

Q: Do you have an affiliate program?

A: Our affiliates must be 18 years or older and have a United States mailing address. All payments are via check when the affiliate hits $50.  Each affiliate enjoys 25% commissions on one time and subscription products, only the first purchase of the subscription and not recurring purchases. Q: How do I enter your giveaway(s) and what are the terms and conditions:

A: In order to enter you must follow us on the social media the giveaway is on, repost the picture and description (or retweet) and tag us.  Random winner will be picked on date specified. No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years of age to win. US residents only. Must provide shipping address within 2 business days of being notified you are a winner otherwise prize will go to another random winner.


Q: How can I feature my brand?

Q: Can I return my box?
A: Sorry, we do not accept returns for boxes.


Q: I prepaid for a subscription but have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

A: Prepaid subscriptions have a discounted rate because they are prepaid. As a result, we do not refund prepaid subscriptions. I recommend you do a month to month.


Q: What is 2x Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box?

A: It's the Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box but you get two of every item.  This is perfect to share with a friend, roommate, sister, mother, daughter, brother, etc.  It saves us money on shipping and therefore we turn around and offer you a discount as well.


Q: One of my items is damaged during shipping, can I get a new one?
A: Yes, please email us at contact@adorebox.com.


Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship to the United States & Canada.  Shipping subscription products in the United States is free & shipping subscription products to Canada are paid by the subscriber.


Q: Are the items sample sized or full size?
A: In the Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box as well as the 2x Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box the items are a combination of both sample/travel sized and full sized.  In our Quarterly Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box all the items are full sized.


Q: What is the value of the boxes?
A: Each box has a different value, we strive to hit at least twice the cost of the box.


Q: How much is shipping?
A: One time items are calculated by weight for the US & Canada.  Shipping subscription products in the United States is free & shipping subscription products to Canada are paid by the subscriber.


Q: When is recurring billing?
A: Billing is the first of the month.


Q: How many items come in each box?
A: In all of our boxes there are 4-10 items, except the 2x Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box which comes with 8-20 items.  We look to fill a box with great products but don't want you to feel jilted, boxes with luxury brands may have fewer items then boxes with drug store or newer lesser known brands.


Q: When do boxes ship?

A: Our shipping starts on the 1st through the 25th. We cannot predict when you will receive your box, post office transit times vary depending on location and times of the year.


Q: I signed up on the 23rd, when will I receive my first box?
A: Our previous cutoff date for that month's box is 10 days before the end of the month (if you signed up prior to June 2017 you will fall under this time frame), as of June 2017 our cutoff date for the month is 15 days before the end of the month,  if you signed up on the 23rd of a month with 30 days, you will receive the following  month's box and will not be billed at the beginning of the month with the recurring billing.  Your next billing will fall on the beginning of the following month and thereon till you cancel.   (Example: You sign up April 23rd, you will receive a May box and will not be billed again till the beginning of June for June's box.)


Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: We hate to see you go but understand that right now you need a break. You can log into your account and cancel your subscription whenever you feel like it, you can also skip months and restart your subscription the same way.


Q: How can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
A: Log in to your account on our website and you can do all of that from there.


Q: You are sold out, what do I do?
A: You can email us at contact@adorebox.com to be added to our wait list, when a subscription opens up, we will email you in the order your were added to the wait list.


Q: I am a little tight on money, can I skip this month but continue my subscription next month.
A: It happens to the best of us.  You can log in and skip a month, however if you have already been billed email us at contact@adorebox.com, as long as your box hasn't shipped, we will refund you and you can continue your subscription as if nothing had happened.


Q: Can I get a sneak peek of what will be in the next box?
A: Of course you can, if you follow us on social media, we give sneak peeks all the time. We can be found on instagram, facebook, pinterest and twitter @AdoreBeautyBox.


Q: What do your items ship in?

A:  We are conscientious about waste and used to ship our boxes in actual boxes with crinkle paper, etc.  However, we are a green company and have greatly reduced our waste by shipping in bubble mailers with minimal shipping waste.  This also helps us save money that we turn around and use to buy better items.  We put an emphasis on the value of the items inside the box rather than what they come in that people discard anyway.
